A: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, delivery within the United States usually takes 3–6 business days, depending on your location and carrier transit times.

A: We offer free standard shipping across the United States — no hidden fees or handling charges.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can also track your order on our Track your order page.

Q: What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

A: If your order seems delayed or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We’ll open an investigation with the shipping carrier and keep you updated throughout the process. Once resolved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund depending on the outcome of the investigation.

Q: What happens if my order arrives damaged?

A: If your item arrives damaged, please email us at support@beliami.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your order.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?

A: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: Return shipping is free of charge.

If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color: You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?

A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
